Shipping policy

Mailing Days

We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

To be included in a mailing day, your order must be placed by 4:00 PM the day before.

Orders placed after the cutoff ship on the next mailing day.

Holidays

If a mailing day falls on a holiday, shipments go out on the next business day.

Delivery

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.

Address Issues

Please enter your address correctly.

Returned packages may require additional postage for re-shipping.

Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier first.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

Digital Products

Digital items are delivered instantly. All digital sales are final.
