Returns & Refunds
At The Wisdom & Whatnot, every product is created with care, intention, and premium quality. Because our items are specialty, limited-edition, and often satirical in nature, we operate under a clear and fair refund policy designed to protect both our customers and our craft.
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Disliking satire or creative content
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect expectations about style, size, tone, or design
Opened or used card decks
Digital downloads (eBooks or other digital content)
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
We gladly offer a refund or replacement only if your item:
Arrives damaged,
Has a manufacturing defect, or
Is the wrong item received.
To qualify, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear description of the issue
3. Photos of the damage or defect
4. Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
After verification, we will issue either:
A replacement of the same item, or
A refund to your original payment method (based on availability)
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.
Once the carrier confirms the issue, contact us and we will assist where possible.
Please note: we are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time, except in cases where a replacement is needed due to a verified defect or incorrect item.
Digital Products
All digital files (eBooks, PDFs, downloads) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
